3 Month Coaching Program
The goals in your 3 month coaching program will be unique to you, but here are the components included in every program:
A Personal Exploration Packet – Before we start our first session you will receive an Exploration Packet which you will fill out online. This will give us a foundation from which to launch from, help me get a clear picture of what is going on with you and exploration for you into what are the core issues.
12 (90 minute) Coaching Sessions – in person or over the phone/skype, where we do in-depth exploration and establish strategies to move you forward towards your goals.
12 Recording of the Sessions – so you can review the session for further clarity and insights. You will also hear yourself shift and change.
Weekly action plan aka Homework – to help solidify what we discussed and to start incorporating it into your life.
Handouts/Worksheets – of the tools you will be learning in your session and for your future reference.
Resources – articles/book recommendations that I feel will augment our work together.
Text/Email Support In-Between Sessions – because sometimes you just need a little redirection or perspective.
