Helping People Create Change Since 2010
What Is Life Transition Coaching?
Life transitions can leave you questioning things you once felt certain about.
You may have spent years building a career, raising a family, creating financial stability, supporting other people, or working toward goals that once gave your life direction.
Then something changes.
Sometimes change is external: retirement, divorce, children leaving home, a career shift, or a move.
Sometimes nothing dramatic happens at all. You simply realize that the life that once fit doesn’t feel quite right anymore.
You may find yourself asking:
What do I want now?
What gives my life meaning and purpose at this stage?
Who am I outside the roles I’ve played for so long?
You don’t need to have your next chapter figured out before you begin.
Life transition coaching can help you slow down, understand what’s keeping you stuck, and get clearer about what matters to you now so you can make decisions from who you are becoming, not just who you have been.
It can help you move from one kind of strength into another, using the wisdom and experience you’ve gained to create a next chapter that feels meaningful, purposeful, and true to who you are now.
Where You May Feel Stuck
Do Any of These Sound Familiar?
Life transitions can bring uncertainty even when nothing is necessarily “wrong.” Here are some of the ways that can show up.

Facing a Major Change
Retirement, divorce, an empty nest, a career shift, a move, loss, or another transition has disrupted the life you knew.

I Know What It’s Like To Question What Comes Next
I know what it’s like to reach a point in life when what used to work no longer feels like enough.
Life has taken me through my own major transitions, including changes in relationships, family, career, and how I understand myself.
What I’ve learned is that a transition doesn’t always mean something has gone wrong.
Sometimes it means who you are has changed, but your life hasn’t caught up yet.
Since January 2010, I’ve worked with smart, capable people who have reached a similar point. They may have created successful lives, raised families, built careers, or done much of what they thought they were supposed to do, yet find themselves asking what they want now.
My approach is warm and loving, but also direct. Together, we look beneath the overthinking, fear, expectations, and old patterns so you can hear yourself more clearly and make choices that feel true to who you are now.
The goal isn’t for me to tell you what your next chapter should look like.
It’s to help you create it consciously.

What Changes When You Do This Work
The goal isn’t to have every part of your future figured out.
It’s to understand what matters to you now and begin making choices that reflect the person you are becoming.
- You get clearer about what you actually want now.
- You understand the fears, beliefs, and expectations influencing your decisions.
- You stop waiting for complete certainty before allowing yourself to move forward.
- You begin letting go of roles and identities that no longer fit.
- You find more meaning and purpose in the stage of life you’re in now.
- You start creating your next chapter intentionally instead of simply following momentum.

Questions About Life Transition Coaching
What is life transition coaching?
What kinds of life transitions can coaching help with?
I work with people navigating retirement, divorce, an empty nest, career changes, relocation, changing family roles, loss, aging, and periods when life simply feels less meaningful or fulfilling than it once did.
How can I find more meaning and purpose in the next stage of my life?
What Questions Should You Ask Yourself to Find More Meaning and Purpose in Life?
Do I need to know what I want before starting coaching?
No. Many people come to coaching because they don’t know what they want yet. You may simply know that something feels off or that you don’t want to keep living exactly the way you have been. That is enough to begin.
How is life transition coaching different from life coaching?
Life coaching can address many different areas of your life, including patterns, confidence, anxiety, relationships, goals, and decision-making. Life transition coaching is more specifically focused on periods of change, identity shifts, meaning, purpose, and creating what comes next.
Can you help if I’m considering a major change but haven’t decided what to do?
Yes. You do not have to make a decision before beginning coaching. We can look at what is influencing your decision, including fear, expectations, old patterns, and what you genuinely want, so you can make the choice from a clearer place.
