Helping People Create Change Since 2010
What Is Anxiety & Overthinking Coaching?
You may be someone who appears confident and capable on the outside, yet inside your mind rarely slows down.
You replay conversations, question your decisions, worry about what might happen, or imagine everything that could go wrong. Even when life is going well, it’s hard to fully relax.
You may find yourself asking:
- Why can’t I stop thinking about everything
- Why do I always expect something to go wrong?
- Why do I need so much reassurance or certainty?
- Why can’t I just relax and enjoy my life?
Anxiety often comes from underlying fears and beliefs about ourselves, other people, and the world around us. Your mind may be constantly searching for answers because some part of you believes that anticipating problems, staying in control, or getting everything right will keep you safe.
Anxiety and overthinking coaching helps you uncover these patterns and understand what’s driving them, rather than simply trying to manage or silence your thoughts.
As you begin to question the beliefs behind your fears and develop greater trust in yourself, you can experience more calm, confidence, and freedom, even when life feels uncertain. What if your overthinking isn’t the problem, but an attempt to protect you from something deeper?
Where You May Feel Stuck
Do Any of These Sound Familiar?
You don’t have to keep living this way. Anxiety and overthinking may have become familiar patterns, but they don’t have to keep running your life.

Worrying What Others Think
You worry about disappointing people, being judged, or not measuring up to their expectations.
Anxiety Coaching That Goes Beyond Managing Symptoms
You may have tried meditation, positive thinking, breathing exercises, or telling yourself to stop worrying. Maybe they help temporarily, but before long, you’re right back in the same mental loop.
That’s because anxiety and overthinking aren’t always just about what’s happening in your life. They’re often connected to deeper fears, old beliefs, and ways you’ve learned to protect yourself.
What if you didn’t have to control everything to feel safe?

Our work isn’t about forcing yourself to think positively or getting rid of every uncomfortable feeling. It’s about understanding what’s happening underneath your anxiety and changing how you respond to it.

When you begin to trust yourself to handle uncertainty, difficult emotions, and whatever life brings, you no longer need your mind to work so hard to protect you.

You Are Not Your Anxious Thoughts
I understand how exhausting it can be when your mind is constantly trying to figure things out. You may know intellectually that your fears aren’t always rational, yet still find yourself caught in the same worries and reactions.
Since 2010, I’ve helped people understand the beliefs, fears, and emotional patterns that keep them stuck. Many of my clients are intelligent, thoughtful, and highly capable people who have spent years trying to think their way out of their struggles.
But understanding something intellectually isn’t always enough to change how you feel.
My approach is warm, compassionate, and direct. I draw from IFS informed coaching, personal growth work, and years of experience helping clients get underneath the surface of their challenges.
Together, we’ll explore what’s driving your anxiety, how you’ve learned to respond to fear, and what it would be like to trust yourself rather than constantly looking for certainty.
You don’t have to eliminate every anxious thought to experience more peace. You can learn to relate to your thoughts and feelings differently.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and free to live your life without fear making so many of your decisions.
What Working Together Looks Like

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Find answers to the questions I’m most often asked about Anxiety & Overthinking Coaching
Can coaching help with anxiety and overthinking?
Coaching can help you understand the fears, beliefs, and habits that contribute to overthinking. Rather than simply trying to stop unwanted thoughts, we’ll explore what’s underneath them and develop new ways of responding to challenging situations. Coaching is not a substitute for treatment of an anxiety disorder.
Why can't I stop overthinking even when I know I'm doing it?
Because overthinking is often an attempt to protect yourself from making mistakes, being rejected, or facing uncertainty. You may understand logically that worrying isn’t helping, but another part of you still believes it’s necessary. We’ll explore that pattern so you can begin to respond differently.
What if I've already tried meditation, therapy, or self help?
Many of my clients have already done a great deal of personal growth work. They understand their patterns intellectually but still find themselves repeating them. My approach helps you explore what is happening emotionally, not just mentally, so that new insights can translate into changes in your everyday life.
What's the difference between anxiety coaching and therapy?
Therapy is provided by licensed mental health professionals who can diagnose and treat anxiety disorders and other mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on self awareness, recurring patterns, personal growth, and how you respond to challenges in your life. Some clients work with me alongside a therapist. If your anxiety requires clinical treatment, I encourage you to seek support from a qualified mental health professional.
Do you offer anxiety and overthinking coaching online?
Yes. I’m based in Redmond, Washington, and work with clients in Bellevue, Seattle, throughout the United States, and internationally. Sessions are available in person, by Zoom, or by phone.
How much does coaching cost?
Individual sessions are $300 for 75 to 90 minutes. I also offer a 12 session package for $3,300. We begin with a single session so we can experience working together before you decide whether to continue.
