Helping People Create Change Since 2010
Why Knowing What to Do Isn’t Always Enough
You can understand a problem intellectually and still find yourself repeating it. You may know you need to make a change, set a boundary, speak up, leave something behind, or stop second guessing yourself, and still find yourself doing the same thing.
That’s where coaching can go deeper.
We look at what’s underneath the choices, reactions, and beliefs keeping you stuck. Once you can see what has been running automatically, you have far more freedom to choose differently.
Where You May Feel Stuck
Do Any of These Sound Familiar?
Life coaching can help when you know something needs to change, but you keep getting stuck in the same place.

Feeling Stuck or Unfulfilled
Your life may look fine from the outside, but something still feels missing. We get clear on what you actually want and what has been keeping you from moving toward it.

Repeating Patterns & Procrastination
You know what you want to do but keep putting it off or falling back into familiar habits. We look at what keeps pulling you back so you can finally move forward.

I Know What It’s Like To Feel Stuck
–I know how confusing and lonely it can feel to look capable and put together on the outside while privately knowing that something isn’t working. I’ve had times in my own life when I felt stuck, disconnected from myself, and unsure how to change the patterns I kept repeating.
My life began to change when I stopped judging myself and trying to fix everything on the surface and became curious about what was really driving my choices and reactions. That experience is why I care so deeply about helping others understand themselves with more compassion and discover that real change is possible.
Since January 2010, I’ve worked with smart, capable people who are tired of people-pleasing, over-giving, second-guessing themselves, shutting down, or reacting in ways they later regret. Together, we get underneath what is happening so you can understand yourself more clearly and begin making choices that feel more honest and true to you.
My approach is warm and loving, but also direct. I’m not here to fix you or tell you to “just think positive.” I’m here to listen deeply, help you see what you may not be able to see on your own, and support you in creating a life and relationships that feel more grounded, connected, and self-led.

What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?
Therapy is provided by licensed mental health professionals and may include diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Coaching is not mental health treatment.
Coaching helps you get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck, uncover what you may not be able to see on your own, and figure out actionable steps that create real, lasting change in your life and relationships.
Some clients choose coaching on its own, while others work with a coach and therapist at the same time. It depends on the type of support that is most appropriate for you.
What happens on a Clarity Call?
A Clarity Call is a free 30-minute conversation where you can share what is going on, what you are struggling with, and what you would like to change. I will ask questions to better understand your situation, explain how I might approach working with you, and answer any questions you have.
There is no pressure or obligation. It is simply an opportunity for both of us to determine whether working together feels like the right fit
Do you work with clients outside the Seattle area?
Yes. I’m based in Redmond and work with clients throughout Seattle, Bellevue, and across the United States, as well as people around the world.
I currently coach clients in the UK, Germany, Australia, Portugal and Dubai. Sessions are available by phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp, so location is never a barrier.
How much does coaching cost?
Individual sessions are $300 for 75–90 minutes. For those who are committed to investing in transformation and changing old habits, I offer a 12-session package for $3,300, which works out to one session free.
We begin with a single session so we can experience working together and make sure we’re a good fit before you decide whether to make a longer commitment.
How do coaching sessions work?
I work one-on-one with clients in my office in Redmond, by phone, or through Zoom. The cadence is entirely up to you. Unlike therapy, where sessions are generally scheduled once a week, coaching does not require a fixed weekly schedule. The frequency is based on how quickly you process and integrate the material and how much support you feel you need.
Between sessions, you may reach out by email or text when a question, insight, or challenge comes up. The work is collaborative and flexible, based on what is up for you at the time of each session
