Helping People Find Freedom From the Inside Out
After years of working with people from all walks of life, one thing has become increasingly clear to me: so much of what keeps us stuck isn’t what’s happening in our lives. It’s what we’ve come to believe those experiences mean about us.
You can be intelligent, capable, and successful and still find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships, questioning your decisions, seeking approval, or feeling that something is missing.
Often, you may not even realize how much of your life is being shaped by unconscious beliefs you developed long ago.
I help you uncover those beliefs, understand the fears underneath them, and recognize that what you’ve believed about yourself may never have been true.
But understanding what’s keeping you stuck is only part of the process. I also give you practical tools and strategies you can use in your everyday life to respond differently, communicate more effectively, navigate difficult situations, and create lasting change.
I bring warmth, compassion, curiosity, and directness to my coaching. I’m not here to tell you who you should be or simply give you advice about what to do.
I’m here to help you see what you haven’t been able to see, give you practical ways to move forward, and support you in creating more freedom, fulfillment, and connection in your life and relationships.

MY STORY
How I Came to Understand What Was Keeping Me Stuck
Growing up, I learned early that it wasn’t always safe to be fully myself.
Like so many of us, I adapted. I became sensitive to other people’s moods, tried to avoid conflict, and learned to pay attention to what others needed and expected of me.
I didn’t recognize it at the time, but I was developing beliefs about myself and the world that would influence my relationships, choices, and sense of worth for years to come.
I believed I had to get things right, be good enough, and make sure other people were happy in order to feel secure and loved.
And for a long time, I didn’t question those beliefs. They simply felt like the truth.
From the outside, my life could look successful and fulfilling. Yet underneath, I could still find myself looking for reassurance, questioning my value, or trying to control outcomes I couldn’t control.
What I eventually came to understand was that the problem wasn’t simply the circumstances I faced. It was also the meaning I had unconsciously learned to give them.
And those meanings could be questioned.
That discovery opened the door to an entirely different way of experiencing myself, my relationships, and life.
THE TURNING POINT
I Wasn't Seeing Life as It Was. I Was Seeing It Through My Beliefs.
For much of my life, I assumed that when something upset me, the problem was whatever was happening around me.
If someone pulled away, I might feel unimportant. If something didn’t go as planned, I might question myself. If I couldn’t control an outcome, I might feel anxious or uncertain.
Those reactions felt completely real.
What I didn’t understand was that I wasn’t simply responding to what was happening. I was responding to what I believed it meant.
That realization changed the way I understood myself.
I began to recognize that so many of my emotional reactions were connected to old beliefs and protective patterns that had been operating outside my awareness.
And rather than judging myself for having them, I could become curious.
What was I believing in that moment? Where had I learned that? And was it actually true?
Over time, I discovered that freedom wasn’t about creating a life where nothing difficult ever happened. It was about no longer needing life, other people, or myself to be a certain way in order to feel okay.
That has been one of the most meaningful transformations in my life, and it continues to inform the work I do today.
THE WAY FORWARD
The Freedom to Be Yourself
What if you didn’t have to keep proving your worth, earning love, or trying to become someone better before you could feel good about yourself?
What if the beliefs that have been keeping you stuck aren’t actually true?
You don’t have to spend your life trying to fix yourself or control everything around you.
When you begin to understand the unconscious beliefs and protective patterns driving your reactions, you create space for something different.
More freedom. More connection. More trust in yourself.
Not because your life has become perfect, but because you no longer need it to be.
What It's Like to Work With Me
I’m naturally curious about people and what makes us who we are. I love getting underneath the stories we tell ourselves and discovering what’s actually going on.
My coaching style is warm, compassionate, intuitive, and direct. I’ll listen without judgment, but I’ll also ask questions that challenge what you think you know about yourself.
Along with helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, I give you practical tools and strategies you can use to make meaningful changes in your everyday life.
I’m not interested in helping you become a more polished version of who you think you should be. I’m interested in helping you discover what’s possible when you stop believing you have to be someone else.
And while the work we do can be deeply meaningful, there’s also room for humor, lightness, and laughter. I believe growth can be both profound and enjoyable.
