Each session is designed to help you better understand yourself, your emotional patterns, your relationships, and the unconscious habits that may be keeping you stuck.
Our work together combines emotional insight, nervous system awareness, attachment work, behavioral psychology, and practical tools for change.
You will begin to notice when you are operating from stress, fear, perfectionism, self-protection, people-pleasing, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm and learn how to respond differently with greater awareness and self-trust.
Together, we will:

What to Expect in a Session
Sessions are 75 minutes and available both in person at my Redmond office and virtually through Zoom.
We begin with whatever feels most important, emotionally difficult, confusing, or unresolved for you right now.
Together, we explore not only what is happening in your life, but what is happening underneath it emotionally.
As we slow things down, patterns often become clearer. You begin to understand the fears, emotional habits, relationship dynamics, and protective behaviors that may be creating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, disconnection, or conflict in your life.
Many clients experience a greater sense of clarity, relief, self-awareness, and emotional understanding even within the first few sessions.
This work is not about surface-level advice or simply talking through problems.
It is deeper, more honest work that helps you better understand yourself, your relationships, your emotional patterns, and the changes you want to create in your life.
