What I often help people see are the patterns they cant quite see on their own.

Sometimes when you’re inside a situation, it’s hard to recognize what is actually driving it. In our conversation, I can often quickly identify the blind spots, emotional dynamics, or repeating patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
