My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), neuroscience, subconscious belief work, emotional pattern coaching, communication science, and power dynamics work. This combination helps clients create lasting, embodied confidence.
1. We Identify the Parts of You That Learned to Shrink, Hide, or Overperform
Using an IFS-informed process, we explore the parts of you that carry fears, insecurities, or outdated beliefs. Many clients discover parts such as:
