What To Expect In A Session

Sessions are 75 minutes and available both in person at my Redmond office and virtually through Zoom.

We begin with what feels most important or emotionally present for you that day.

As we talk, we begin exploring not only the situation itself, but the emotional patterns, fears, relationship dynamics, and internal pressure underneath it.

Many clients describe the process as both grounding and clarifying.

Over time, you begin to better understand yourself, respond differently to stress and conflict, and feel more connected to who you are and what you truly want
